DentSure Sites take every precaution to protect personal information.

When our registration/order form asks users to enter personal information (such as credit card number) that information is encrypted and is protected by advanced encryption software- provided by Netbanx. Whilst on a secure page, a padlock icon at the bottom of the browser page should be closed.

While we may use encryption technology to protect personal information on-line, we also do everything in our power to protect user information off-line. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, our billing clerk or member of our assistance team) are given access. Our employees must use passwords to access information. They must re-enter their password to re-gain access to your information. Furthermore, ALL employees are kept up-to-date on our security and privacy protocols. Every quarter, or when new policies are added, our employees are notified and/ or reminded about the importance we place on privacy, and what they have to do to ensure our customers' information is protected. All DentSure Company employees are subject to signed Confidentiality Agreements.

If you have any questions or comments about the security at our Sites, please send an email to security@dentsure.co.uk.
